The Missouri Plein Air Painters’ Association was established in 1999 by a group of local artists, with the express purpose of furthering the practice and appreciation of plein air painting in Missouri and surrounding regions.

Since there's no membership, dues or meetings it's extremely easy to join us on any Sunday, just show up - everyone is welcome!

This warmer Sunday, we'll be around the Columbus Bridge (three arched bridge) at the corner of Grand Dr. and Faulkner (Jefferson Ave) in Forest Park. The weather will finally be above freezing in the mid 20s to mid 40s. Artists will start arriving around 9:00 and paint until whenever.
