The Missouri Plein Air Painters’ Association was established in 1999 by a group of local artists, with the express purpose of furthering the practice and appreciation of plein air painting in Missouri and surrounding regions.

Since there's no membership, dues or meetings it's extremely easy to join us on any Sunday, just show up - everyone is welcome!

This Sunday, one more time, we'll be around the World's Fair Pavilion in Forest Park. The trees and prairie in the Anne Albrecht Nature Playscape area are still looking good. Weather wise, it's going to be overcast, with temps almost reaching 40. Painters will start arriving around 9:00 and paint until whenever.
